Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), implementing Annex I(B) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you may use this form to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Using this form is optional — a clear email stating that you wish to withdraw is equally valid.

What happens next
- We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
- Return the goods to us within 14 days of your notice. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment.
- We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment.
