Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of bolinarecords.com (the “Site”) and all pre-orders placed through it. By placing a pre-order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Who we are

This information is provided in accordance with the Swedish E-commerce Act (lag (2002:562) om elektronisk handel och andra informationssamhällets tjänster).

2. Products

The Site offers record-label merchandise (“Drop 01”): t-shirts, tote bags, caps and turntable slipmats. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour and print placement may occur.

3. How pre-orders work — no payment online

The Site currently operates on a free pre-order basis. No payment is requested or collected through the Site at any point.

  • The presentation of products on the Site is an invitation to submit a pre-order, not a binding offer by us.
  • When you submit a pre-order (your email address and chosen products), you send us a non-binding expression of interest. You do not commit to pay anything at that moment.
  • We will contact you by email to confirm availability, the final price, the delivery details and the payment method. A binding sales contract is concluded only when we send you an express order confirmation by email and you accept the confirmed terms.
  • Until that confirmation, either party may cancel the pre-order at no cost and with no obligation, by a simple email.
  • Before your order becomes binding, you will be able to review and correct any input errors, and you will receive all mandatory pre-contractual information required by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

4. Prices

All prices on the Site are shown in euros (EUR) and include Swedish VAT, in accordance with the Swedish Price Information Act (prisinformationslagen (2004:347)). Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are stated separately before any order is confirmed. If a price shown on the Site is manifestly incorrect, we will inform you before confirming your order and you may cancel free of charge.

5. Delivery and shipping

  • We currently ship to Italy only.
  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €8 per order.
  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

6. Payment

Payment is arranged individually by email after your pre-order has been confirmed. Accepted payment methods and payment instructions are stated in the order confirmation email. Goods are dispatched after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. Where an order covers several goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. This right is granted by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler), implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

How to withdraw

  • Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email to info@bolinarecords.com or a letter to our registered address) before the withdrawal period expires.
  • You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You may also use the standard form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
  • Return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no cost to you.
  • You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Note: for pre-orders where no payment has been made and no order confirmation has been sent, no contract exists yet — you can simply cancel by email at any time.

8. Defective goods — complaints (3 years)

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen (2022:260)) you have the right to complain about a defect that existed at delivery for three years from receipt of the goods. A defect that appears within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. Please notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after discovering it; a complaint made within two months of discovery is always considered timely. If the goods are defective, you are entitled to remedies in this order: repair or replacement, then price reduction or refund upon cancellation of the purchase, and compensation for damages where applicable. 9. Dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN):

We undertake to participate in ARN’s dispute resolution procedure. ARN’s recommendations are followed by us. Consumers in other EU countries can find information about cross-border dispute resolution through the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers habitually resident in another EU country retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country. Disputes may be brought before ARN (see above) or the ordinary courts.
