Veteran DJ and producer Sebra Cruz is the founder of Margot Records and one half of the iconic duo Margot. He has cultivated his craft with deep roots in the Italian Riviera club scene since the mid-1990s, under the moniker Pepe DJ — roughly thirty years behind the decks between Riccione and Rimini.
His musical identity transcends genres, on the dancefloor as much as in ambient and experimental settings. His releases span labels such as Life and Death, Ellum, Habitat and Bolina Records, with collaborations alongside DJ Tennis and Elasi and remixes for Diplo, Catz N’ Dogz, Ricky Montanari, LP Giobbi and Coyote. His debut album arrived in 2023 on Life and Death.
As A&R for Bolina Records he also shapes the label’s direction. On Bolina you will find his Bellissima EP (BOLINA003) and the collaborative Rollerball (BOLINA001).
